When I retired I planned on downsizing my home in Nashville. In many ways this was a daunting, anxious task. Thankfully I was blessed when a good friend recommended Cindy Easley, Benchmark Reality, as an agent. Cindy was excellent from day one with first touring my home, making recommendations on what changes I should do to my home as well as recommended what changes not to do that would not add value to my home. Cindy next helped guide me through pricing my home strategically in order to get the attention of buyers as well as the best value. The very first people who toured the home put an offer in the next day and Cindy walked me through this process and the home closed within a few weeks. I can't say enough about Cindy's professionalism, her knowledge of the Nashville real estate market, her response time and follow through, and attention to details. Cindy made the whole experience of selling my home very satisfying and successful. Cindy listened to me and helped ease the anxiety of selling a home. Cindy was amazing in helping me buy my first home. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process step by step. She was more than patient with me while I was trying to find a home I really wanted. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.

What a lady!!! Is there a 6th star? She would get it! Ill never use anyone else! So thankful for Cindy and her willingness to work with us. She is basically apart of our family at this point!
